Our triune God tells us through the author of Hebrews to "consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near" (Heb. 10:24-25). Covid-19 has brought about many challenges to our ability to gather. As the toll from this virus seems to be rising again, it is tempting to be controlled by fear rather than by faith. As those who follow Christ, this is not an option. We can be committed to taking this virus seriously and committed to loving our Lord supremely.
We recognize that many of you are unable to attend right now because of various health conditions, and we want you to know that is okay. We love you and are praying for you. If you feel that is not safe for you to be here, please know that is okay. You will not be looked down upon or viewed as less of a member if you feel the need to stay home in the near future. We recognize that this is a great burden on many of your hearts. Here are some of the things we are doing in order to make our church a safer environment while we continue to gather.
While we can never absolutely guarantee our safety anywhere we go, we want to do our part to help you feel safe at Ramah as we worship our King.
